All of our full time employees are eligible for our excellent benefits package.
These benefits are an important part of the total compensation to our associates. Therefore, we
strive to offer our employees a comprehensive menu of benefits that
enhances their quality of life.
Full time employees are W2 salaried employees working for more than 25 hours
per week. Employees with project based or seasonal
employment are not eligible for benefits.

| Medical Rx Health Care |
ABSI provides extensive health care benefits, including medical, dental and
prescription coverage for eligible employees and their
family's health care needs. Coverage begins on the 1st of the month after 30
days of joining as a full-time employee. We offer some
of the best health care benefits in the industry. ABSI uses a Preferred
Provider Organization (PPO) plan. Benefits are paid at a
higher level if an 'in-network' provider is used. You may review our plan

and look for the Choice Plus US-B plan.

Dental Care |
Our Dental coverage is one of the best in the Industry for our full time
employees and their immediate family members. It is
provided by Principal Insurance. Information on providers are given at

| Disability Insurance |
Long-term disability for eligible employees begins after the 180th day of
injury or illness (www.unumprovident.com)

| Life Insurance |
Our group life insurance coverage provides death benefits of $50,000 for the
employee as long as you are a full time employee of ABSI.

| Retirement Plan (401K Plan) |
This optional tax-deferred retirement plan allows our employees to defer up to 100% of their compensation, up to the annual IRS dollar limit ($15,500 in 2007). This great retirement savings plan helps our
associates to save pre-tax income as well as receive a match from the company.
Full time eligible employees can participate on January 01 or July 01 after
completion of one year with ABSI. All eligible employees
receive a generous match of 100% for the first 3% and a 50 cent match for
the remaining 2% of elective deferrals.
We have a Third Party Administrator (TPA) to handle legal and compliance
issues. Participants have a variety of options from the
family of American Funds as per our company's 401K guidelines. Any questions

| Educational Assistance |
Eligible employees, with management approval, may receive Tuition
reimbursement or financial assistance (interest free loan) for
college courses, certificate programs, and/or the purchase of educational
software or textbooks.

| Paid Time Off |
Full time employees, with benefits, may be eligible for paid time off for
vacations, holidays and sick or personal leaves. Vacations
are accrued on a weekly basis and may be cashed after your first year of
employment with ABSI. The Paid Time Off (PTO) allows
employees to take time off at their discretion with management approval.
ABSI observes six holidays per calendar year:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
and Christmas Day.
ABSI also offers 2 floating holidays to eligible associates. They have the
flexibility to use these floating holidays on their
birthday or religious days etc.

| Referral Plan |
Looking for more ways to boost your income? Beyond what you can earn as a
ABSI associate, you will be able to earn additional money
by referring projects and people to ABSI. Five minutes can add extra $$$ to
your income!
It's the reward that keeps on paying!
You are also eligible to participate in the increased incentive Business
Referral Rewards Program, designed to provide incentives
for our employees to seek out qualified new business opportunities. Whether
your lead provides us with a new client account or a new
project at an existing client, a substantial ONGOING reward can be yours for
up to a year of the project.

| Employer Sponsorship for a Green Card |
ABSI has done many H-1B Visa and Green Card sponsorships for qualified and
experienced candidates. Our Company prides itself on its
full compliance with both the DOL (Department of Labor) and the USCIS
(Citizenship and Immigration Services).

| Direct Deposit |
Your salary is depsoited directly into your account, twice monthly on the
10th and 25th of each month for the prior pay period. You
will receive a payroll statement by mail. You may choose one or more
accounts in which to deposit your money.

| Professional Development Training |
ABSI conducts class room and web based training programs in emerging
technologies. This training is free of charge for eligible
associates. We also assign a mentor to help you go thru the project, if
required.

|
| Interest-Free Computer Loan Program |
We help our eligible associates to buy books or computers for personal use.
You may request an interest free loan after joining.
This loan may be repaid in easy installments thru payroll deductions.
