IT Job Requirements

Our excellent benefits are open for our full-time employees that are W-2, salaried, and working over 25 hours a week. These benefits are an integral part of their total compensation. We strive to offer a comprehensive menu of benefits that enhances our employees’ quality of life. (The benefits will start on the first day of the month after a 30-day waiting period.) Most of the cost of insurance is borne by the company and the employee's share, wherever applicable, is deducted as part of the expenses under the IRS Section 125 (Pre-Tax Payroll Deductions).

Eligible employees may choose from a traditional PPO or a Health Savings Account (HSA) through United Healthcare ( at the time of joining. For full-time W2 employees, the benefits will start on the first day of the month after a 30-day waiting period.

Dental and Vision Insurance

Provided by Guardian Insurance (, our dental coverage is one of the best in the industry and extends to the immediate family members of our full-time employees.

Disability Insurance

Long-term disability coverage for eligible employees begins after 180 days.

Our full-time employees have a great retirement savings plan. They are eligible on the first day of the month after a 30-day waiting period with CIC. We have a third-party administrator to handle legal and compliance issues. Participants have a variety of options from the American Funds family as per company's 401(k) plan guidelines. College tuition benefit:

The college tuition benefit is provided by Guardian Insurance ( To be eligible, sponsored students must be registered by August 24th of the year they enter 11th grade and be in your immediate family. Tuition rewards are guaranteed discounts of full-time tuition as opposed to monetary reimbursement.

Paid Time Off:

Full-time salaried employees are eligible for 2 weeks (10 business days) of paid vacation after one year of service, 8 holidays (6 national and 2 floating), 1 sick and 1 personal day per year.
